To address this, we conducted extensive research, speaking with dozens of hiring managers, recruiters and candidates to understand their experiences. Candidates expressed a need to for better ways to showcase their skills, regardless of their professional backgrounds. On the employer side, the top priorities were very direct: quality of hire, time to hire and running a fair process.


These insights guided us to develop a skills-based assessment platform designed to provide employers with more objective and relevant data about candidates. With Hexient, hiring managers could quickly create and launch job-relevant assessments within minutes and get actionable results within hours.
